If you contact us either us through our website, directly or join us at an event, we will require your name, address and a valid email address and optionally contact phone numbers.
Your Address: will be used to contact you further by post with regard to our events. We may also use anonymised elements of this data (postcodes for example) for audience analysis and planning purposes.
Your Email Address: will primarily be used to send your event information, and we may contact you again by email with further information or to ask for your feedback on our products and services. We will not add you to our e-newsletter mailing list unless you have opted in to receive it during your participation in iur event or via the sign-up form on our website.
